[COUNSEL REVIEW] What we collect: your name, preferred name, CV, cover letter if requested, phone number, chosen call times, the recording and transcript of your screening call, and the scores derived from it.
[COUNSEL REVIEW] Recording: every call is announced as recorded at the start. You can withdraw at any time using the link in any email we send.
[COUNSEL REVIEW] How long we keep it: the employer chooses a retention period, up to 12 months after the role closes. You can ask for earlier deletion at any time.
[COUNSEL REVIEW] Automated decision-making: an AI model scores your answers; a person at the employer reviews flagged results, and you can ask for a human review.
