How it fits

From a CV in your inbox to a ranked shortlist, in 7 steps.

Scroll down the line. Each step shows what the candidate sees on their phone next to what your team sees.

  1. Step 1 of 7 · Your careers inbox, forwarded

    Applications arrive

They apply the way they always have.

Candidates email your careers address with a CV. A forwarding rule sends each application to Qualifier, which reads the CV and cover letter. Nothing to integrate and no new place for candidates to go.

    What the candidate sees
    What your team sees
  2. Step 2 of 7 · By email, branded as you

    Each gets their own link

    One personal link per candidate.

Each applicant is emailed an invitation in your name and colour, with a link that only works for them and expires. No account, no app, no password.

    What the candidate sees
    What your team sees
  3. Step 3 of 7 · A time that suits them

    They choose when

    The candidate picks the slot.

Windows come from your campaign. Reminders go by SMS and email, in the candidate's local time, and a missed call gets a reschedule link instead of a dead end.

    What your team sees
  4. Step 4 of 7 · Their choice, same interview

    Browser or phone

Talk now in the browser, or take a phone call.

Some candidates are at a desk, some are on a bus. Both routes run the same interview and the same scoring, so nobody is at a disadvantage for how they joined.

    What your team sees
  5. Step 5 of 7 · Right to work and more

    Your must-haves first

Qualifying questions come before the call.

Ask what you must know up front: right to work, location, availability, notice period. Essential answers are checked first. A "no" is flagged for your team to confirm, so nobody is turned away by a machine alone. [COUNSEL REVIEW]

  6. Step 6 of 7 · Asked, followed up, scored

    The interview

A voice interviewer asks your questions.

It follows up on thin answers, keeps to your question plan, and scores every KPI with evidence from the transcript. A recording and transcript are kept for your team.

    What your team sees
  7. Step 7 of 7 · The best move on, automatically

    First filter, next round

Set the bar. The top group moves on.

Each round has its own questions, pass mark and advance rule. People who clear it get an invitation to the next round and pick a time. Your team ends with a ranked shortlist and the evidence for each.

Optimise every hour your recruiters spend

Most screening time is spent on candidates who were never going to make it. Qualifier does that work with voice AI so your team only talks to people worth talking to.

  • Drop-in, no integration

Point your careers inbox at Qualifier. We parse the CV and cover letter, send the candidate a short form, and take it from there.

  • Calls at the candidate's time

Candidates choose when they want to be called. Qualifier rings them in batches, handles no-shows, and reschedules automatically.

  • Questions built from your role

Technical, general and culture-fit questions generated from your job description, reviewed and extended by your team before any call.

  • Scores per KPI, not one number

Every candidate is graded across the dimensions you care about, then re-graded after each call round so the shortlist keeps sharpening.

  • Multi-round screening

Set as many rounds as each campaign needs. Top performers are invited back automatically with a new question set and a new time slot.

  • Compliant by design

Recording consent, retention limits, audit logs and a human-review path are enforced per country, not bolted on.

Your brand

Candidates see your company, not ours.

Set a name, a logo and one colour, and choose how the page and the email header look. Every page and email your candidates receive wears it. The layout, the consent and privacy wording, and the order of everything stay ours, so every page stays clear and compliant. Try it: pick a sample company, drop in a logo, or type a colour code.

Hiring is regulated and personal. These are the four things a legal or HR lead will ask about first. [COUNSEL REVIEW] applies to the wording of every claim here.

  • Recording disclosure played · consent on file

    Told first, recorded with consent

Every call opens with a disclosure. Consent is stored with the recording and the transcript.

Questions

What hiring teams ask first.

Does this replace our recruiters?

No. It does the first phone call for every applicant so your recruiters spend their time on the people worth talking to. A person reviews every flagged result and decides who moves forward.

What if a candidate does not want to speak to an AI?

They are told at the start of the invitation and again before the call. They can choose a time, ask for a person to review the result, withdraw, or ask for their data to be deleted, all from their own link.

How is a score explained?

Each KPI gets its own score, with the moment in the call that supports it. Click the evidence and the recording jumps there. Your team can override a score; the original stays on record with the reason.

Which countries can we call?

The UK, US and UAE today, with local call windows and number handling. Other countries are added on request. [COUNSEL REVIEW]
