How minutes are billed
You pay for connected time, to the second.
A call is charged from the moment the candidate picks up. The first 30 seconds are a minimum; after that, each second is charged at your rate. Ringing, busy, no answer, an invalid number or a carrier reject cost nothing.
Each round is estimated before you launch it, and that amount is held on your wallet until the round closes. Qualifier never re-prices a call you have already made. Book a demo to see the rates for the countries you hire in.

What teams ask about pricing
What counts as connected time?
From the moment the candidate picks up the phone or joins in the browser until the call ends. Ringing and voicemail are not connected time.
Are there minute bundles or credits?
No. You top up a prepaid wallet in your own currency, and each call is deducted at its rate as it finishes.
Is the rate the same for every country?
No. The rate is set by the destination country, so a call to a UK number and one to a UAE number can differ. A change never re-prices calls already settled.
What if a candidate's call drops?
You are charged for the connected time only. A call that never connects is free.
Can I see the cost before I start a round?
Yes. Each round is estimated before you launch it, and the estimate is held from your wallet while the round runs.
